"Our rescue is a safe place for, unwanted, abandoned, or neglected and abused domestic pet rats (fancy rats). It is also a safe place for ratty owners to bring their pet when they are no longer able care for or offer a safe environment for their pet(s).  Pitter Patter Rescue Society will provide loving care and treatment to any rat surrendered to our rescue, provided there is adequate room and fosters.

Pitter Patter Rescue Society is run completely by volunteers who love animals, but hold that special place in their heart for rats. All monies that are raised by the rescue go solely towards the animals in care for medical expenses, food, bedding and any other items that may be required during their stay at our rescue.

Our mission is to rehabilitate and re-home all domesticated pet rats needing our help that come into care at Pitter Patter Rescue Society. We provide help to rats and rat owners in Kamloops, Kelowna, and surrounding areas.
