These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Vancouver Rat Club’s Website. PRODUCT COLOUR DISCLAIMER

You understand and agree that commercially reasonable efforts have been made to display the colours of artwork, prints, and other products accurately on this site. As individual monitors display colours differently, Vancouver Rat Club is not responsible for the colour accuracy and your sole remedy for any inconsistencies in colour as per your perception is to return your purchase. If you have any questions about any of the products, please email us at shop@vanratclub.com.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Vancouver Rat Club attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Vancouver Rat Club does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are completely error-free. If the art offered by Vancouver Rat Club itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return your purchase.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

The Customer shall not be entitled to object if information about product stocks on Vancouver Rat Club is not correct or if advertised products are not available. If the Customer pays for a product that Vancouver Rat Club cannot supply, Vancouver Rat Club will refund the price of that product to the Customer.

PURCHASING POLICY

On completion of your order you will be sent a verification email. Vancouver Rat Club will make reasonable efforts to ship the order to you within a week of the order being placed. When your order has been shipped you will be sent an email notification of shipping that includes the delivery tracking number if applicable.

Under normal circumstances, cancellations are not accepted. In the case of a wrong address or other urgent concerns, please contact us via email to shop@vanratclub.com or through our contact form and we will do our best to correct the situation if the product has not been shipped out yet. If a product is not received by the Customer because the Customer provided an incorrect or insufficient address, then Vancouver Rat Club shall not be liable to the Customer for those products.

CUSTOM COMMISSION WORKS

Custom commission works require a 20% non-refundable deposit on booking and Final Balance due on completion (prior to shipping as applicable). The Client agrees to pay for any postage and handling charges, as applicable. Vancouver Rat Club will ship custom commission works within a week of completion, as applicable.

PRICING

Prices shown are in Canadian dollars and include tax where applicable. Prices may not include delivery and handling charges. Prices are subject to change.

Images of products shown without any advertised price beside that image are not offered for sale. Unless otherwise stated, any accessories shown in any image of products are not included in the price.

Except where noted otherwise, the list price displayed for products on our Service represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be incorrectly priced. In the event of a discrepancy in the stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

This site uses third party services, applications or sites, that make available their content and services. When you access those third party services, applications or sites, you are bound by the terms and policies of the third party.

PAYMENTS; E-COMMERCE PAYMENT PROCESSOR

Payments are made through a third party payment processors, Stripe, Paypal, and Square, and processing of payments is subject to the third party’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You agree to pay Vancouver Rat Club, through the payment processor, the full amount as charged.

DAMAGES

Every effort will be made to ensure that your order is packed carefully to avoid damage. If your order is damaged when you receive it, you shall notify Vancouver Rat Club within 14 days of delivery via email to shop@vanratclub.com or through our contact form. You shall include details of the damage with your correspondence (and may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item(s) for insurance purposes), with your correspondence if requested by Vancouver Rat Club.

RETURNS

If there are any problems or discrepancies with your order, you shall notify us within 14 days of receipt of your delivery via email to shop@vanratclub.com or through our contact form before sending the item back. You shall ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. How you receive your refund will be based on your payment method:

Credit card: The refund will appear in your account in 5 to 10 business days.

Paypal: Normally, the refund will be processed directly to your Paypal in 5 to 10 business days. Depending on the individual situation (e.g. when coupons are applied to a transactions) we may require your Paypal email address to send the money back.

Gifts: If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition (unless returning due to damaged items), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items (unless they arrive defective or damaged):

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale items

PRODUCTS SENT TO INCORRECT ADDRESS

If the Customer does not receive products past the estimated delivery times, Vancouver Rat Club shall not be liable to the Customer for those products unless the Customer notifies Vancouver Rat Club within 60 days of the date of purchase via email to shop@vanratclub.com or through our contact form.

If a product is not received by a Customer because it was sent by Vancouver Rat Club to an incorrect address due to an error by Vancouver Rat Club then Vancouver Rat Club shall be responsible for the re-sending or replacement of the product or refunding of the price of the product.

If a product is not received by the Customer because the Customer provided an incorrect or insufficient address, then Vancouver Rat Club shall not be liable to the Customer for those products. If the product is returned to Vancouver Rat Club, Vancouver Rat Club will resend the product to the Customer provided that the Customer first pays the cost of postage and handling for re-sending. If the product is not returned to Vancouver Rat Club, then Vancouver Rat Club shall have no further responsibility.

NON-CLAIMED PRODUCTS

If products that a Customer has purchased are returned to Vancouver Rat Club by a person other than the Customer and Vancouver Rat Club cannot, despite reasonable efforts, contact the Customer or the Customer does not contact Vancouver Rat Club within 90 days of products being returned to Vancouver Rat Club, then ownership of the products will revert to Vancouver Rat Club.

DELAYS

The Customer agrees not to hold Vancouver Rat Club liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.

CUSTOMS

Vancouver Rat Club is not responsible for any customs charges or delays due to customs.

PASSING OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Ownership of products purchased by the Customer shall pass to the Customer on Vancouver Rat Club sending the products to the Customer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Vancouver Rat Club’s liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the artwork and your sole remedy is limited to the amount you paid for the artwork.

CHANGES TO THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service of any significant changes, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Terms and Conditions.

You are advised to review this Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Changes to this Terms and Conditions are effective when they are posted on this page.
