Volunteer Announcement

HELLO RAT CLUB! We are pleased to announce that VRC is finally ready to take on more volunteers!!

We are looking for a team of dedicated, passionate animal lovers to assist us with social outreach, education, fostering, workshops, transportation and ground work for rescue.

In situations where we've been alerted to a large group of rats in vulnerable circumstances, what we need most is resources & extra hands available to assist.

Are you someone who doesn't own rats? EVEN BETTER - we are in DESPERATE need of quarantine fosters who can take in rescues fresh off the streets without worry of cross-contamination or introducing an illness to a pre-established mischief. We also need long-term fosters who can care for rats once they've passed quarantine. Cages, food & extra supplies will be provided to those approved.

No skill-set is too small to have on our team. We need tech-savvy people, outgoing and social people, artists & educators. Our mission is to improve the public perception of domestic rats - fighting their stigma one educational event & rescue at a time. If you agree with our cause, fill out the form below!
